grjj:杨玉社博士1996年在中国科学院上海药物研究所获得博士学位,现任中科院上海药物研究所研究组长、博士生导师、二级研究员。研究领域为抗菌药物,肿瘤药物,抗凝血药物以及药物合成新工艺、新方法,积累了丰富的创新药物研究、开发经验。2009年成功研制出我国第一个具有自主知识产权的氟喹诺酮新药盐酸安妥沙星。近年来主持多项国家新药创制重大专项,自然科学基金,上海市科委新药重点课题,3个1.1类新药转让给企业开发。在J.Med.Chem., J.Org.Chem., Bioorg.Med. Chem. Lett., Eur.J.
