Abstract_Chinese:发动机扭矩是司机驾驶指导、车重重构、故障诊断等的基础数据.针对OBD采集数据扭矩信号缺失的问题, 本文提出基于发动机喷油转速比分段线性模型的扭矩重构算法, 采用车辆动力学模型计算参考扭矩, 加权最小二乘(WLS)法辨识分段线性模型的参数, 并在宇通ZK6902HGA车型上验证了算法的准确性, 与发动机扭矩特性MAP计算相比, 该扭矩重构算法的误差为7.60% .
Abstract_English:Engine torque is the basic data for driver assistance,vehicle mass reconstruction and fault diagnosis. To solve the torque data missing problem in OBD data,a torque reconstruction algorithm was proposed based on fuel injection-engine speed ratio piecewise linear model,reference torque was calculated by vehicle dynamics model,and piecewise linear model parameters were identified by weighted least squares(WLS) method. The algorithm is verified in Yutong ZK6902HGA model vehicle. The error between reconstructed torque and MAP torque is 7.60% ,which proves the accuracy of the proposed algorithm.
