本文以"能源—经济—环境"(三E)绩效为研究重点,旨在研究考虑动态要素的跨期效应和链接要素的网络效应时"三E"动态网络全要素生产率。本文基于绿色投入产出核算,提出了动态网络Malmquist模型,利用聚类分析,从行业关联角度探讨我国2002-2007年40行业"三E"动态网络绩效及其对行业结构调整的影响机制。结果表明,动态网络绩效最大的瓶颈是基于关联度的中间交易的控制,次要瓶颈是资本跨期效应和规模效应,忽视中间交易效率贡献是一个长期且普遍的问题。
