简历&研究组工作摘要:1990-1994 湖南师范大学1994-1999 中国科学院上海生物化学研究所,获生物化学和分子生物学博士学位2001-2002 耶鲁大学计算机科学系,获计算机科学硕士学位1999-2002在耶鲁大学生物学系SidneyAltman教授实验室从事人核糖核酸P的结构和功能研究2003-2004 在麻省理工学院AmyKeating教授实验室进行计算结构生物学和系统生物学研究2005至今 任生物物理研究所研究员,中国科学院“百人计划”获得者2011年  获“国家杰出青年科学基金”资助蒋太交研究员课题组主要从事计算生物学和系统医学方面的研究,研究方向主要包括如下三方面:(1)发展蛋白质结构预测、基因共进化分析、生物医学数据挖掘以及生物分子网络模建等计算生物学新方法;(2)结合高通量实验手段,探究包括传染病在内的复杂疾病的分子机理;(3)运用系统生物学方法,寻找疾病关键分子标志物,为疾病分类、早期诊断和治疗提供线索。
