生物物理研究所，系统与计算生物学研究中心研究员
从事灵敏分析检测技术和生物传感器技术及其相关仪器的研究。我们关注一些具有优秀荧光特性的新型材料在生物医学以及食品安全方面灵敏检测中的应用，和北大、化学所、人大开展合作，探索发展快速、灵敏的检测技术和仪器。同时我们也结合我所分子马达研究的需要，研制了分子马达生物传感器检测仪，该仪器具有小型、灵敏、低成本的特点。基于我所在紫膜、蓝膜已取得的成果，我们开展了蓝膜生物传感器的研究，基本解决了蓝膜生物传感器元件封装、检测仪器等关键技术，建立了实验装置。

Biography&IntroductionOurgroupmajorinthehighsensitiveanalyticalmethod,bio-sensorandconjugatedanalyticalinstrument.CooperatingwithprofessorsfromInstituteofChemistry,PekingUniversityandRenminUniversityofChina,Wetrytomakeuseoftheeminentspectrumpropertiesofsomenewfluorescencematerialstodevelopfastandsensitivespectroanalysisapparatuswhichcanbeusedinbiologyresearch,medicalclinicandfoodsafty.Anewkindofbiosensor--themolecularmotorbio-sensoranalyticalinstrumenthasbeendeveloped.BasedontheachievementsofPM/BMgainedbyothergroups,weinventbm/pmbiosensorwhichcandetectsomepoisonousgaseswithhighsensitivity.Weconfirmedthevalidofthisbio-sensorandresolvedsomekeyitemssuchasthepackageofBM,thedetector.Aexperimentalapparatushasbeenbuiltup.
