简历&研究组工作摘要1984-1991年哈尔滨工业大学学习，获学士和硕士学位1991-1995年西北工业大学学习，获博士学位1995年至今，中科院生物物理研究所工作，2004年任研究员现任中国科学院泰州应用技术研发及产业化中心主任中国空间科学学会会员、生物物理学会会员、《现代仪器》杂志编委主要研究方向：1．空间生物技术——蛋白质晶体生长及其相关研究工作。在空间蛋白质结晶技术、晶体生长机制、方法学原理及晶体生长调节和优化等方面独具特色。2．结构生物学。3．纳米生物技术。近期主要工作和进展获得国家载人航天专项和微重力科学专项支持，继续从事空间蛋白质晶体生长生物技术研究。通过近两年的工作，研制出一系列适用于空间蛋白质晶体生长的结晶室，包括高通量、微体积结晶室，用于生长调控的结晶室，检测用结晶室，以及液/液扩散与汽相扩散通用结晶室等；针对不同结晶方法的晶体生长优化和调控技术获得进展。配合空间生物技术研究，几种蛋白质的结晶和结构解析工作取得一定进展。在973项目的支持下，与所内外合作的纳米生物技术研究已全面展开。
Biography&Introduction1984-1991,LearninginHarbinInstituteofTechnology,gotBachelor&Masterdegree.1991-1995,LearninginNorthwesternPolytechnicalUniversity,gotDoctordegree.1995-Now,worksintheInstituteofBiophysics.Hewasappointedtoprofessorin2004.Now,heisthedirectorofTaizhouResearch&IndustrializationCenterforAppliedTechnology.HeisalsothememberofChineseSpaceScienceSociety,memberofChineseBiophysicsSociety,andeditorofjournalModernInstruments.Mainresearchareas1.Spacebiotechnology-proteincrystalgrowthandrelativesstudies.Thegrouppossessesitsownadvantagesinaspectsofspaceproteincrystallizationtechnology,crystalgrowthmechanism,methodology,crystalgrowthmodulation&optimization.2.Structuralbiology.3.Biotechnology.Recentworks&developmentAidedwiththefundsofnationalmannedspaceflightandmicrogravityscienceprojects,thegroupcontinuesstudyingonthebiotechnologyofspaceproteincrystalgrowth.Seriesofgrowthchambersforspaceproteincrystalgrowthhavebeendevelopedinrecentyears,suchasthehigh-throughputchamberswithmicrovolume,chambersforcrystallizationmodulationandfordetection,andall-purposechambersforvapordiffusion,liquid/liquiddiffusionandmicrobatchmethods.Newdevelopmentshavebeenattainedintheoptimizationandmodulationofproteincrystalgrowth.Accompanyingwiththestudiesonspacebiotechnology,crystallizationandstructureanalysisofafewproteinsgotprogresstosomeextent.Supportedwitha973project,thegroupiscarryingoutstudiesonbiotechnologiesincooperationwithothergroups.
