个人简介
专长概要Ali Cheshmehzangi教授是宁波诺丁汉大学建筑与建筑环境系建筑学系主任。他也是宁波诺丁汉大学可持续能源技术研究中心(CSET)及诺丁汉大学城市设计研究小组(UDRG)副研究员。此外,他还是建筑师和城市设计员,研究领域是城市规划、发展和成长。他主要的研究兴趣是城市系统、城市认同、城市变化和重建、以及一体化设计在可持续城市规划中的应用。
通过实践和理论方法,他在城市规划领域开展两项主流的研究活动。第一个研究领域是“城市认同”、“全球化”和“变化”,这也是他的个人兴趣和爱好,鼓励着他开展理论和实践的研究和学习。通过探索地方营造、空间网络、认知制图和临时城市规划的观念,他在“城市特色”领域有了自己非常独到的见解。第二个研究领域相较而言更注重实际,由实践经验和研究生学习发展而来。在这一特殊的研究背景下,Ali的专长是在可持续城市规划、城市成长、重建及一体化城市发展方面。他对城市和城市成长的热情也驱使他探索和了解设计与规划的意义和可能性。在建筑研究方面,他热衷于本土建筑研究,包括被动设计策略和社会行为研究。
Ali在建筑学、城市设计、景观设计与规划的研究、教学和实践方面具有广泛的背景知识。他具有建筑学学士学位、建筑学专业研究研究生证书、城市设计研究生文凭(优等)以及建筑学硕士学位(优等)和建筑学与城市设计博士学位。此外,Ali也对其它社会科学与工程领域的跨学科研究非常感兴趣,例如社会心理学、人文地理、社会经济学、一体化设计与创新发展等。他荣获第三届建设与环境国际研究生学术会议(2011年香港)建设类优秀奖。他还参与了由英国研究理事会(RCUK)资助的“中国(2009-10)曹妃甸生态城开发”项目。
