个人简介
Kliment Radoev have been an assistant professor at the University of Architecture Civil engineering and Geodesy in Sofia from 2008 to 2017. There, he was teaching “Design and Structure of Buildings”. The time before this period, from 2000 on, he was devoted to intensive project designing and construction surveying of buildings. There are more than 20 largescale buildings created from the team he led within this period of time.
His professional work is strongly connected to Automobile Workshops, Hospitals, Sport Facilities, Administrative Buildings, Residential Condominiums and Private Residential Communities, Holiday Resorts and others.
His university practice from 2008 on didn’t hinder his business practice. Exactly the opposite. The knowhow from the academia strongly enriched the design strength of his engagements and brought a wealthy practical knowledge to the students at the university as well.
Kliment Radoev is a member of the Union of the Architects in Bulgaria and Chamber of the Architects in Bulgaria.


教学
Main teaching activities of Kliment are lectures in tectonics, design of structures, building constructions and which includes also tutoring and model-making of projects. This imply the whole uninterrupted process of designing and construction of a building or a product.


研究方向
Main areas of research interest of Kliment are two.
Morphology of architectural structures. This is a study that explores the form of a full variety of architectural forms and structures. Correlations and relationship between form and structure. Classification and typology of the collected items. Presentation of the classified items in an ease to use and perceive way with underlining of their properties, differences and attributes.
Vernacular architecture around the world. This is a study devoted to the way traditional houses turned up within an evolutionary process people created over time. The study explores the material and technological premises, social conditions, structural properties, design needs, climate and others led to a specific architectural and structural form. The study is conveyed through different type of houses around the world and the different types are classified and arranged in a “evolution tree”.
