个人简介
我从澳大利亚新南威尔士大学建筑环境学院获得博士学位。在2013年加入宁波诺丁汉大学之前,我是西门子研究院生态城市方向的技术经理和高级顾问。在此之前,我是新南威尔士大学的客座讲师和城市设计工作室导师。我的教学主要涵盖两个方向:可持续建筑设计和建筑服务系统设计。我的研究侧重四个方面:1)可持续生态城市;2)建筑生命周期环境影响评估;3)夏热冬冷地区被动式建筑技术; 4)建筑类型学研究。
我在2018出版的英文学术专著(与阿里 切希合著,Palgrave Macmillan出版社),中国的生态发展:城市、社区和建筑,被国际著名出版集团施普林格-自然(Springer Nature)授予“中国新发展奖”,以表彰其“为正在全球范围内进行的关于可持续城市和社区的对话做出了重要贡献”。本书探讨了建筑环境多空间尺度的互动,也代表对于中国绿色建筑、可持续社区和低碳城市设计和技术的最新研究。
