Abstract_Chinese:通过海藻酸辅助法制备了质量CeO2/γ-Al2O3 催化剂, 探讨了浸渍与共混负载方式对催化臭氧化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)效果的影响.通过改变亚甲基蓝质量浓度与操作pH值, 以及连续使用和重复使用实验, 表明共混负载催化剂的COD去除率及操作稳定性均高于浸渍负载催化剂; XRD、NH3-TPD、红外、N2 吸附-脱附与SEM测试结果表明共混负载制备的催化剂中CeO2的晶相相对较高、催化剂表面酸性强, 羟基多且催化剂比表面积相对较大, 这些特性有利于提高共混负载催化剂的催化能力与操作稳定性.
Abstract_English:The catalyst support used in this study is spherical γ-Al2O3 synthesized by alginate assisted sol-gel method,and the degradation of methylene blue(MB)-contained wastewater by catalytic ozonation over alumina with the addition of CeO2 by impregnation or co-blending was investigated. By altering the initial mass concentration of MB and pH value and through successive and repeated usage experiments of the catalysts,it was found that the COD removal and the operative stability over CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by co-blending were better than those prepared by impregnation. A number of characterizations such as XRD,NH3-TPD,IR-spectra,N2 adsorption-desorption and SEM were carried out,which illustrated that the CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by co-blending had a stronger crystalline of CeO2,a stronger exterior acid,a larger surface area and more external hydroxyl radicals. All of the features of the catalysts attribute to the enhancement of the performance and operative stability.
