一、个人简介
　　肖春霞，女，1984年生于江西省吉安市，副教授。2011年毕业于南京工业大学，获材料学工学博士学位。2011年7月在西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程学院任讲师。
　　二、主要研究方向
　　主要从事天然食品因子的营养功能性评价及分子机制；纳微米粉体悬浮液流变性和稳定性研究；脂溶性营养物质的传递等。
