孙立军,山东烟台人,1987年12月生,澳大利亚昆士兰大学营养与食品科学博士,副教授,硕士生研究生导师。入选“南太湖精英计划”领军创业人才。

二、研究领域及方向
主要从事食品组分间的相互作用及构效关系、天然产物的分离提取与营养功能评价、膳食成分对淀粉消化的影响。

本科生《食品添加剂》、《学术英文沟通与交流》。

目前以第一或通讯作者在Trends in Food Science & Technology, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Carbohydrate Polymers, Food Hydrocolloids, Food Chemistry, Food & Function等杂志发表SCI论文35篇,其中ESI高被引3篇,热点论文1篇。授权发明专利1项。主持科研项目5项。
