目前主要开展食品质量安全控制的研究,包括食品免疫学检测控制技术、无损检测技术、新型生物制品的研究开发等。2010年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。

近年来主持完成多项国家以及省部级课题;目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(2013-2016);参与国家科技支撑计划课题1项(2012-2015)。

近年来发表论文30余篇;以第一完成人获授权国家发明专利2项;参与制订国家及行业标准3项。
