grjj: 1993-1997年在华中科技大学化学系学习,获学士学位。1997-2002年在中科院上海有机化学研究所师从姜标教授开展天然产物全合成研究,获博士学位。2002年到芝加哥大学化学系Philip E. Eaton教授小组从事有机合成方向的博士后研究。2004年起在Chuan He教授实验室开展DNA损伤修复机制方向的博士后研究。2008年入职上海药物研究所组建化学生物学研究团队,任研究员、课题组长。
yjfx:药物化学生物学。作为不同于遗传学技术研究蛋白质功能的选择性小分子工具,高质量化学探针(chemical probe)的发现和运用是药物化学生物学研究的核心内容。针对重要未靶蛋白质(untargeted protein),原创发展并充分运用化学探针,可以从生化、细胞、动物等多层面描述小分子干预这些蛋白质功能的表型和作用模式,促进未靶蛋白质的成药性确证研究。具体研究内容例如:
1、RNA甲基化修饰酶的化学探针及其抗肿瘤研究
2、小分子干预蛋白质相互作用及其抗肿瘤研究
3、新类型抗生素以及运用“非抗生素效应”控制致病菌感染的研究
