刘成梅,男,1963年出生,博士,教授,博士生导师。现任南昌大学食品学院院长,南昌大学中德联合研究院院长,南昌大学食品科学与技术国家重点实验室副主任,生物质转化教育部工程研究中心副主任,南昌大学中德食品工程中心主任;食品科学国家重点学科带头人,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,入选国家百千万人才工程,全国优秀科技工作者,并被人力资源和社会保障部授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号,教育部高等学校食品科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会委员。江西省主要学科和技术带头人,首届江西省青年科学家,首届江西省\"赣鄱英才 555 工程\"人选。江西省食品质量与安全技术协会副理事长、江西省食品科学技术学会副理事长、中国粮油学会食品分会副会长,中国食品科技学会功能食品专业分会常务理事,中国农学会农产品加工与贮运分会常务理事。
