Prof. Tang’s research focuses on pancreatobiliary diseases and outcomes research of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy in GI and pancreatobiliary diseases, with particular interest on pancreatic cystic neoplasms, colorectal cancer screening, and GI bleeding. Prof. Tang has been involved in research collaboration with the Asian EUS Group and the Asia Pacific Working Group on Colorectal Cancer Screening. He is currently the honorary treasurer and council member of the Hong Kong Society of Endosonography and a member of the education committee of the Asian Pacific Society for Digestive Endoscopy.
