个人简介
蒋庆华,博士,教授,博士生导师,院长助理,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,国家科技创新2030“新一代人工智能”重大项目评审专家、国家重点研发计划重大项目会议评审专家、教育部****奖励计划评审专家,主要从事神经退行性疾病、癌症等复杂疾病的生物信息智能处理与分析,包括疾病遗传易感变异位点识别与功能注释、单细胞测序数据分析云平台研发、影像基因组学等相关研究,取得了一系列研究成果,迄今共发表SCI论文60篇。其中第一作者、通讯作者SCI论文41篇,包括6篇《PNAS》(IF: 9.66)、3篇《Nucleic Acids Research》(IF:11.56)、1篇《Bioinformatics》(IF:7.31)、2篇《Annals of Neurology》(IF: 9.89)、1篇《IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics》 (IF: 1.96),单篇SCI最高正面他引930次(google scholar统计)。

作为课题负责人,主持“生物安全关键技术研发”国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目及国家自然科学基金青年基金等项目11项,作为技术骨干参与国家863计划重大项目2项,2010年获“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”、2011年获“第十二届黑龙江省自然科学技术学术成果一等奖”(排名第1)、2012年入选“哈尔滨工业大学基础研究杰出人才培育计划III类”、 2015年入选“哈尔滨工业大学青年拔尖人才选聘计划(破格教授)”、2016年获“国家开发银行科技创新奖”、2017年起担任国际著名SCI期刊《Journal of Alzheimer's disease》副主编(Associate Editor, IF: 3.7),2018年入选哈工大基础研究杰出人才“跃升”培育计划。

研究方向
单细胞测序数据分析云平台:发展单细胞基因组、转录组及表观组学数据智能分析算法,研发基于亚马逊、阿里、华为等公有云及私有云的单细胞测序数据分析云平台。

面向大规模人群全基因组测序数据的遗传变异位点识别与功能分析方法研究:研发快速、精准的面向大规模人群基因组测序数据的变异识别方法,整合多组学以及临床表型数据对识别的变异位点进行功能分析。

复杂疾病的生物信息学研究:基于生命多组学数据,识别中国人群特定疾病相关的遗传易感变异;整合MRI影像及基因组等组学数据,研究基因与脑结构的调控关系、研发基于MRI与遗传易感变异等数据的疾病风险预测、诊断与疗效评估方法。

生物信息学(授课对象:生命学院三年级本科生)

生物数据分析(授课对象:生命学院硕士一年级)

主要介绍生物信息学基本概念及特点、常用生物数据库、基因组浏览器、Linux系统常用命令、R语言编程、基因芯片原理及数据分析、新一代DNA测序技术原理及其数据分析、单细胞组学分析等内容。通过本课程的讲授,旨在使学生了解生命科学学术前沿技术及研究问题、培养学生运用所学的数据分析技术解决生命科学中前沿问题的能力,为今后从事生命科学研究奠定基础。
