一、个人简介
高晓飞 (1981-), 江苏南京人,2003年与2005年分别在南京农业大学获得本科与硕士学位;2012年获得美国堪萨斯大学医学院获得博士学位;2012年至2017年在美国Whitehead Institute 与麻省理工学院从事博士后研究工作。曾经获得包括美国白血病和淋巴瘤学会学者奖(2013 - 2016), 中国教育部颁发的中国国家优秀留学生奖(2012)等荣誉。
二、学术成果
我们的研究兴趣是探索细胞因子与环境因素如何协同作用并决定干细胞细胞命运的分子机制。在环境与细胞内信号共同作用下,干细胞会做出相应的决定:自我更新与分化。正确的决定对于人体器官发育以及体内组织平衡至关重要。以遗传学,细胞生物学,生物化学以及生物信息学为基础,我们系统性的分析了干细胞是如何整合各类信息并做出自我更新与分化的决定。同时,通过利用单细胞RNA测序技术,我们对特定细胞群体内的异质性进行了分析,发现了新的干细胞自我更新的机理。更为重要的是,建立在基础研究成果之上,我们研究出了可以提高特定干细胞自我更新能力的药物,并为临床上相关疾病的治疗提供帮助 (Nature, 2015; Blood, 2016)。
