彼得·托马斯·兰姆博士 (Dr Peter Thomas Lamb) 的主要研究兴趣是管理学教育和学习，中国私有和公共组织的领导力研究，管理学理念随时空的扩散和转化。理论上，他的研究被制度理论涉及。
