个人简介
李磊博士为诺丁汉大学商学院（中国）国际商业学副教授。李磊博士此前分别任教于美国俄勒冈州的波特兰大学 (University of Portland, Oregon)和纽约佩斯大学(Pace University, New York)担任助理教授及副教授等职,教授战略管理,跨国公司管理,企业战略,跨文化管理,国际商业环境等课程。
李磊博士的重点研究领域在美国和中国的跨国公司国际化战略与流程， 他的学术文章见诸于国内外许多重要期刊，其中包括Management International Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Management Reviews, Multinational Business Review,《中欧商业评论》CEIBS Business Review等。李磊博士曾荣获美国管理学会国际管理类最佳评论员（2005年）和两次最佳论文集奖 （2003年和2012年），被认为是Management International Review期刊的多产作者。
李磊博士在进入学术界前在总部位于慕尼黑的罗兰贝格国际管理咨询公司任职战略管理顾问，他提供咨询的公司包括国际金融公司（世界银行集团旗下）、佛山比亚乔（菲亚特集团）、青岛啤酒、中国土产畜产进出口总公司、华源凯马农机、吉林森工、中国远洋等跨国企业。此外，李磊博士曾在中国科学院所属的中国大恒（集团）有限公司工作过数年。李磊博士获得的学位包括美国达拉斯德克萨斯大学国际管理学博士学位,日本福国际大学国际工商管理专业硕士学位, 中国北京大学理学学士学位。


教学
李磊博士目前在宁波诺丁汉大学商学院教授本科四年级的战略管理课及高管培训课程。李磊教授同时负责指导博士生及硕士生的研究项目及论文。


研究方向
李磊博士的重点研究领域是美国和中国跨国公司的国际化战略与流程, 一直关注如何将制度理论及社会资本理论有效地结合到传统的跨国公司研究理论中。
