陈曦博士(Dr. Xi Chen)研究人们如何通过工作实现自我价值,以及自我价值定位如何影响人们的自我管理、工作表现、以及个人幸福。她的博士论文研究被收录于管理学年会最佳论文集。陈曦博士的研究还涉及如何有效地设计及沟通组织变革。她的研究已被应用于服务政府(如上海市国资委)、孵化器(如加拿大滑铁卢的加速中心)、跨国公司(如达能)、国内企业(如清华威视)、以及初创公司(加拿大的Data Tellit Inc.)。
