个人简介
金韩永博士(Dr Hak Yoon Kim),诺丁汉大学商学院组织行为与人力资源管理助理教授。她在凯斯西储大学获得组织行为学博士学位。在攻读博士学位期间,她在凯斯西储大学威瑟海德管理学院(Weatherhead School of Management)教授组织行为课程,并担任MBA和硕士生的行政教练。在开始学术生涯之前,她曾担任光辉合益集团的人力资源顾问。她曾参与过人力资源咨询项目,业务范围涉及领导力评估和转型、能力建模、员工敬业度、组织文化以及金融服务和制药行业的招聘

研究方向
金博士有三个首要的研究问题:
1)什么让人们在工作中感到快乐?
2) 是什么阻碍了人们在工作中的快乐?
3)是什么帮助人们管理这些经历和挑战?
基于这三个问题,她的研究集中在负面情绪、不文明待遇、虐待性监督、工作家庭冲突以及如何帮助员工将对这些经历和挑战的负面反应转化为积极反应。
