个人简介
金伶恩博士（Dr Young Un Kim）于2015年三月作为战略学助理教授加入诺丁汉大学商学院（中国）。之前，从2012年开始她在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学担任助理教授。她从韩国庆熙大学取得商科学士学位，从美国卡内基梅隆大学获得电子商务硕士学位，从北卡罗来纳州大学教堂山分校获得战略学和创业学博士学位。她的科研主题是探索战略管理和企业监管之间的交集，目前，她主要致力于研究董事会作为战略顾问的角色，以及国家机构如何影响董事会运行。

金伶恩博士注重于研究战略管理和企业监管的交集点，对企业董事会如何担任财务保护者和财务创造者角色特别感兴趣。此外，她还探索外部和内部监管机制如何互补替代，共同担负企业监管的责任。
