主要研究项目:主持国家自然科学基金面上项目“纳米粒子在聚乳酸基食品包装材料及食品界面的迁移机制研究”,地区项目“聚乳酸抗菌缓释体系对云南野生牛肝菌采后致病菌基因调控机理研究”,参与国家自然科学基金地区项目 “Rib蛋白在罗伊氏乳杆菌肠道黏附中的功能研究”,参与云南省重大专项子课题“绿色食品牌主要农产品加工关键共性技术研究开发”,主持教育部产学研合作教改项目“云南特色鲜花饼生产工艺虚拟仿真实验教学系统”。指导了大学生创新创业项目国家级、省级项目共计6项,指导了互联网+大学生创新创业大赛5届,指导了"挑战杯"全国大学生系列科技学术竞赛3人次。
