Abstract_Chinese:随着我国城镇化和现代化建设的不断推进,为城市正常运转提供保障的生命线工程系统抗震可靠性受到了 广泛关注.虽然国内外****已在电力系统、供水系统等多个独立系统的研究取得了大量成果,但是电力系统对供水 系统可靠性影响模型尚待研究.首先,对变电站典型结构及埋地管道典型单元进行数值建模分析,分别得到了不同 设防烈度下不同电压等级典型变电站和不同腐蚀环境下不同龄期典型埋地管道单元的地震易损性,并对典型泵站单 元建立了考虑电力因素的表决系统可靠性模型以及并联系统可靠性模型,进而得到典型泵站单元的解析易损性.其 次,选用合理的地震动衰减模型与场地土放大效应对示范区进行了地震危险性分析,得到各系统具有空间分布特征 的地震动强度,进而结合地震易损性分析结果得到系统关键节点、线路的抗震可靠性.最后,采用拟蒙特卡罗方法 和 Warshall 算法对西安市长安区供水系统在 5 种工况下进行了节点连通可靠性评估,以节点服务区域人数作为权重 因子ωi ,得到了 5 种工况下供水系统的抗震可靠性.案例分析结果表明,在评估供水系统的抗震可靠性时,当仅考 虑供电系统的影响(工况 4)时,供水系统可靠性相比工况 3 下降 12.94%,若泵站同时具有备用电源(工况 5),供水 系统可靠性仅下降了 4.05%,因此在供水系统抗震可靠性分析时必须要考虑供电系统对其的影响.
Abstract_English:The continuous urbanization and modernization of China has led to widespread attention on the seismic reliability of the lifeline engineering system that guarantees the normal operation of the city. Although scholars at home and abroad have achieved a lot in the research of multiple independent systems such as power and water supply systems,the model of the impact of power systems on the reliability of water supply systems is yet to be studied. First,the numerical modeling and analysis of the typical structure of the substation and the typical units of the buried pipelines were performed to calculate the seismic vulnerability of the typical substations of different ages under differ\u0002ent fortification intensities and corrosive environments. For a typical pumping station unit,the reliability models ofthe voting system,considering the power factor,and the parallel system were established,and the analytical vul\u0002nerability was calculated. Second,the ground motion attenuation model and the magnification effect of site soil were used to perform a seismic hazard analysis of the demonstration area,and the ground motion intensity along with the spatial distribution characteristics of each system were obtained. Moreover,the key nodes and lines of the system were obtained by combining the results of the seismic vulnerability and reliability analyses. Finally,the quasi-Monte Carlo method and Warshall algorithm was used to evaluate the reliability of the node connection in the water supply system of the Chang’an District of Xi’an under five different working conditions. Taking the number of people in the node service area as the weighting factor(ωi ),the seismic reliability of the water supply system under five working conditions is obtained. The results of the case analysis those were used to evaluate the seismic reliability of the water supply system showed the following:when only the influence of the power supply system was considered(condition 4),the reliability of the water supply system was reduced by 12.94%,compared with the condition 3. In the case where the pump station had a backup power supply(condition 5),the reliability of the water supply system dropped by 4.05%;therefore,the impact of the power supply system on the seismic reliability analysis of the water supply system must be considered.
