Abstract_Chinese:\r本文针对城市配电网中交、直流联络线规划问题,提出一种考虑可靠性与经济性协调的规划方法.首先,建立了联络线规划方案的可靠性与经济性协调评估模型,详细介绍了构成优化评估模型的子目标及其具体计算方法;此后,提出一种相邻配电网节点的等效发电机建模方法,利用地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS),获取用于可靠性计算的参数,有效解决了如何在投入联络线之后评估配电网可靠性指标的问题.进一步,采用可靠性指标的快速计算方法以及薄弱环节定位方法进行了较为准确的配电网可靠性评估并确定最大供电可靠性联络线规划方案.最后,提出一种最优规划方案联络线长度上限估计方法大大缩小了最优联络线规划方案的搜索范围,并采用帕累托最优(Pareto optimality)理论,确定了最终需要综合考虑可靠性和经济性的候选规划方案,在此基础上进行最终的总成本分析,从而确定了最优联络线规划方案.本文以“手拉手”城市配电网为例,分别对交、直流联络线进行了最优规划和对比分析,在此基础上,进行了停电损失和直流换流站价格对总成本的灵敏度分析.算例结果表明所提方法有效提高了计算效率,具有实用性和可行性.本研究在配电网联络线规划人员进行规划时一定程度上能够提供科学合理的决策依据.\r

Abstract_English:\rAimed at the AC and DC tie line planning problem of the urban distribution network,this study proposed the optimal planning method for the coordination of reliability and economics. First,the reliability and economic coordination evaluation model of the tie line planning scheme is established,and the sub-objects and their specific calculation methods that constitute the optimization evaluation model are introduced in detail. Afterward,an equivalent generator modeling method for adjacent distribution network nodes is proposed,the geographic information system is used to obtain the parameters for the reliability index calculation,which effectively solves the problem that assesses the reliability of the distribution network after the tie line is operated. Furthermore,the reliability calculation method and the weak link positioning method are used to conduct the reliability assessment of the distribution network more accurately and to determine tie line planning scheme for the maximum power supply reliability. Finally,the length upper limit estimation method for the optimal planning scheme tie line is proposed to considerably reduce the search range of the optimal tie line planning scheme,and the Pareto optimality theory is used to determine the final candidate planning schemes that need to comprehensively consider both reliability and economics. On this basis,the final total cost analysis is conducted to determine the optimal tie line planning scheme. In this study,the“hand-inhand” urban distribution network is taken as an example,and the optimal planning and comparative analysis of the AC and DC tie lines are conducted. On this basis,the sensitivity analysis of power outage loss and DC converter station price to total cost are conducted respectively. The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the computational efficiency and is practical and feasible. This study can to some extent provide a scientific and reasonable decision-making basis when planning the urban distribution network tie line.\r
