Abstract_Chinese:结合某水电站埋藏式月牙肋钢岔管的工程实际, 建立其引水系统钢岔管的三维有限元数值模型, 重点研究了月牙形肋板的受力特性与体型优化方法.计算结果表明:肋板轴向应力和z向应力在厚度方向上的分布一致性较好, z向应力尽管数值上明显小于其轴向应力, 但为使钢材沿厚度方向不出现撕裂破坏而需要保证满足肋板的z向性能要求; 根据肋板横截面上轴向应力的分布特征, 提出了合力作用分位点的概念, 依据合力作用分位点轨迹线修正肋板内缘轮廓, 由优化目标函数进行肋板体型优化计算, 并建议此方法作为肋板体型优化的方法.
Abstract_English:A three dimensional finite element numerical model for steel bifurcation pipe of hydropower diversion system is established according to the engineering practice of embedded crescent-rib steel bifurcation pipe in a hydropower station. And this work is focused on the study of mechanical characteristics and shape optimization method of rib. The results indicate that the distribution of axial stress and z-direction stress in the thickness direction of rib is uniform,and the values of z-direction stress are significantly smaller than the counterpart of axial stress. Therefore,the z-direction property of the steel needs to be ensured to avoid the tearing in the thickness direction of the crescent-rib. In this study,the inner edge of the crescent-rib is optimized by the resultant action percentile point,which is proposed based on the distribution characteristics of axial stress of crescent-rib cross sections. And the objective function is used to recheck the computation of the optimized shape crescent-rib,which can be recommended as a method to optimize the shape of the rib.
