Abstract_Chinese:本文研究了基于Er3+掺杂SrGdGa3O7晶体在488 nm氙灯泵浦下的下转化绿色荧光530 nm和550 nm强度比的温度传感器的温度特性.实验装置是由1台氙灯、1个平凸透镜、3个滤波片和1个硅光电池等元器件组成.Er3+掺杂SrGdGa3O7(Er:SrGdGa3O7)晶体在光功率仅为5 mW的488 nm氙灯泵浦下实现温度表征.在温度296~380 K区间,530 nm和550 nm波段荧光强度比的相对灵敏度为6.4×10-3~10.6×10-3 K-1.通过光电池测量方法重复上述实验,实验结果与光谱仪测量方法的一致.研究结果表明,Er:SrGdGa3O7在温度传感方面是一种有应用前景的基质材料.
Abstract_English:This paper presents an optical temperature sensor based on the thermal effect of fluorescence intensity ratio of 488-nm downconverted green 530- and 550-nm emissions of Er3+-doped SrGdGa3O7(Er:SrGdGa3O7)single crystal. To achieve that, a simple experimental setup has been developed that consists of a Xe lamp, a plano-convex lens, three interference filters and a Si-photocells. The sensor performance can be characterized just under the excitation of(5,mW)488,nm light. The temperature sensitivity of fluorescence intensity ratio of the 530 nm and 550 nm emissions is 6.4×10-3-10.6×10-3 K-1 within the considered temperature range 296—380 K. In addition, the experiments were repeated using a photocell and the consistent results of temperature characteristics were obtained. Those results indicate that the Er:SrGdGa3O77 single crystal is a promising host material for optical temperature sensing.
