Abstract_Chinese:将激光诱导荧光(PLIF)技术应用于自由降膜的温度场测量, 非侵入、可视化地揭示了液膜的二维温度场分布和传热过程.提出了基于灰度优选平均的荧光强度提取方法, 以及基于二维平面激光校准的液膜温度场测量方法, 将液膜标定曲线的拟合相对误差由11.19% 减少至3.73% , 有效提高了PLIF测温的准确性.与PT1000测温对比实验结果表明, PLIF液膜测温最大相对误差低于3% , 多数情况下相对误差低于2% , 测温结果具备准确性和可靠性, 可以有效实现液膜温度场的测量.
Abstract_English:Temperature field of the falling film was measured by planar laser-induced fluorescence(PLIF)technique,which can visualize the two-dimensional temperature field of the liquid film obviously and reveal the transient heat-transfer process non-intrusively. An extraction method of fluorescence intensity based on the optimized average gray values was presented,and a temperature field measurement method of liquid film based on the two-dimensional planar laser calibration was proposed. The relative error of fitting calibration curve of liquid film was reduced from 11.19% to 3.73% ,which effectively improved the temperature measurement accuracy of PLIF. Comparison of experimental results between PLIF and PT1000 shows that the maximum relative error by PLIF is less than 3%,and relative error is less than 2% in most cases. Therefore the temperature measurement results are accurate and reliable,which ensures the effective measurement of the temperature field of liquid film.
