Abstract_Chinese:为研究火灾后空间结构材料的力学性能, 对空间结构中常用的Q235、Q345钢材分别进行了高温处理、材料拉伸试验及里氏硬度试验.得到了热处理温度、冷却方式、钢材型号等因素对钢材抗拉强度、屈服强度及里氏硬度的影响规律.结果表明热处理温度小于500 ℃时, 热处理温度对钢材硬度及抗拉强度的影响不太显著, 当热处理温度高于500 ℃时, 热处理温度对钢材硬度及抗拉强度的影响都较大.最后总结出热处理后钢材抗拉强度同里氏硬度相互关系, 为火灾后空间结构材料强度无损检测提供一定的参考与支持.
Abstract_English:To analyse the mechanical properties of spatial structure material after fire,high temperature treatment test,tensile test and Leeb hardness test on Q235 and Q345 which are commonly used in spatial structure,were carried out. The effects of heat treatment temperature,cooling method,type of steel and other factors on the tensile strength,yield strength and Leeb hardness of steel were obtained. The results show that the influence of heat treatment temperature on steel hardness and tensile strength is minor when the heat treatment temperature is lower than 500 ℃ while such influence becomes evident when the heat treatment temperature grows higher than 500 ℃. The relationship between tensile strength and Leeb hardness after heat treatment was summarized,which provides a reference for the nondestructive testing of the spatial structure material strength after fire.
