grjj:赵强博士,主要研究方向为解析在心血管疾病、神经系统疾病等一系列重大疾病过程中的GPCR的三维结构,以及隐藏在相关三维结构中的受体-配体识别以及作用信息。2002年他加入清华大学饶子和院士的研究组,并于2007年初获得清华大学博士学位。之后加入美国Scripps研究所 Ray Stevens研究组任博士后,开始从事膜蛋白结构尤其是G蛋白偶联受体的结构研究。2011年,回到上海药物研究所开始独立科研工作。
yjfx:从事基于G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)的高分辨率结构解析以及基于结构的新药发现等研究,主要集中在以下几个方向:
1.GPCR结构解析新技术开发与应用;
2.心血管疾病、自身免疫病、代谢性疾病中的关键GPCR的结构解析及其作用机制研究,以及基于结构的新药开发;
3.GPCR与下游分子的复合物结构研究。
