温辉梁，男，博士，教授，硕士生导师，江西省高等院校中青年学科带头人，南昌大学食品科学与技术国家重点实验室核心成员，食品学科学术带头人，江西省食品添加剂协会常务理事，江西省食品科学技术学会理事，国家自然科学基金评审专家。先后主持国家自然科学基金、江西省自然科学基金、教育部基金等20余项国家及省部厅级科研课题，获江西省科技进步三等奖（排名第一）、江西省自然科学三等奖等省部级奖励多项。在CrystEngComm, RSC Adances, Food Sci. Biotechnol,食品科学等国内外学术期刊上发表论\u**余篇，其中SCI收录46篇，主编出版著作10部，其中两部获十八届华东地区科技出版社优秀科技图书二等奖，一部获第一届江西省普通高等学校优秀教材二等奖。与美国佐治亚理工学院（美国大学中工科排名第三）、南京理工大学，华南理工等高校有着很好的合作关系，在课题研究、实验资源共享、研究生联合培养等方面有很好的合作经验。
主要研究领域：食品营养与化学，食品添加剂，蛋白质（肽）活性与功能等。
