主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部高校博士点基金(博导类)项目、国家重点实验室项目、江西省重大科技项目、江西省自然科学基金项目、江西省科技支撑项目等国家级和省部级科研项目20多项。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等国内外学术期刊上发表论\u**多篇,其中SCI收录110多篇,入选ESI高被引论文10篇,ESI热点论文4篇,h指数34,Web of Science收录论文总被引频次3600多次,单篇最高被引230多次。获得国家级教学成果二等奖3项,江西省教学成果一等奖2项、二等奖3项,江西省自然科学三等奖2项,江西省高等学校科技成果三等奖1项和吉安市科技进步三等奖1项,主编教材4部。
近年来,指导的研究生已有16人获得研究生国家奖学金,11人获得江西省优秀硕士学位论文,多次被评为江西省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师和南昌大学优秀研究生指导教师,获得南昌大学“科研先进个人”、“中兴发展奖教金”、“江铃奖教金“、韦林奖教金”和 “教书育人”先进个人等荣誉。
