个人简介：

阎琨：讲师，博士（Arizona State University, USA），主要研究领域为高等教育的全球视野与跨国教育；比较教育学; 高等教育政策；高等教育心理学（学生的压力与调试）。

当选美国国家教育研究协会年度大会大学生压力和调适分会主席(2011年)，当选美国国家教育研究协会全国评审委员。多篇文章收录于美国国家教育研究协会年度大会，美国高等教育年会，和美国国际比较教育学年会。获得美国亚利桑那州立大学优秀教师突出贡献奖。

Dr. Kun Yan is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education, her area of research includes international and comparative education, higher education, policy studies, as well as educational psychology.

Dr. Yan received her doctoral degree from the division of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, Arizona State University. She once served the Session Chair for AERA, and the reviewer for AERA. She was also selected as the Honors Disciplinary Faculty due to her outstanding performance and contribution to the university.
