摘要/Abstract


摘要: 睡眠作为人类恢复和储存资源的重要生理过程, 近年来得到组织行为领域的广泛关注, 并逐渐成为一个新兴研究热点。睡眠质量是一个复杂的概念, 既包含与睡眠相关的定量成分, 也包含个体对睡眠状况的主观评价。目前, 研究发现, 个体特征(年龄、个人家庭和情感特质)和工作特征(工作要求、控制和支持)可有效预测员工的睡眠质量, 而睡眠质量又会影响员工的工作安全、身心健康、情感态度、工作绩效和道德行为。自我损耗理论是解释睡眠影响工作态度、行为的核心理论机制。未来研究可以从以下几方面做推进:从人与环境交互挖掘员工睡眠的影响因素, 从恢复体验视角探索睡眠影响工作的边界条件, 以及对比睡眠质量和数量的差异化影响效果。
