课题组主要集中于癌症表观基因组、癌症的表观遗传调控和DNA损伤修复的关系的研究以及与表观遗传调控、DNA损伤修复有关的癌症药物的设计和筛选;并且重点研究肿瘤干细胞及诱导多能干细胞的表观遗传特征。
