一、个人简介
危健,1976年出生,籍贯江西余江,1996年本科毕业于华中理工大学固体电子学系,2000年硕士毕业于北京大学物理系,2006年博士毕业于美国罗格斯大学物理系,2006-2010年在美国西北大学物理系进行博士后研究,曾为北京大学物理学院任研究员,入选首批青年****。现为浙江西湖高等研究院理学研究所研究员。
二、学术成果
运用低温物理,纳米加工,微弱信号测量等技术来研究量子器件,以及探索新奇超导机制。例如纳米尺度的超导热电子探测器件,灵敏度达到了外太空THz单光子谱探测的要求;超导和正常金属构成的复合器件用来探测非局域的关联,为产生电子纠缠态打下基础;利用点接触在拓扑材料上诱导并探测超导态,而拓扑超导态有助于实现拓扑量子计算。另外,在低维体系电子相位退相干,以及自旋电子学器件噪声方面都有深入的研究。多项工作得到媒体报道。
