一、 个人简历
郑钜圣,浙江天台人。2009年毕业于宁波大学,获得学士学位;2014年毕业于浙江大学,获得博士学位,从事营养学研究;2011-2012年,作为联合培养博士生,在美国塔夫茨大学人类老年营养研究中心从事营养遗传学研究;2015年-2018年在英国剑桥大学临床医学院从事营养学和流行病学博士后研究工作,欧盟玛丽居里学者(Marie Sk?odowska-Curie Individual Fellow)。2018年加入浙江西湖高等研究院,担任独立课题组负责人(PI)。
二、 学术成果和未来研究方向
目前已在BMJ, Diabetes Care, BMC Med等杂志发表50多篇SCI收录文章,其中第一或共同第一作者文章超过30篇。担任BMC Obesity杂志副主编(Associate editor),Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition杂志统计学编委(Statistical editor),并兼任十多家SCI杂志审稿专家。获得帝斯曼亚洲缤纷科技奖-中国青年学者营养科学奖(2015).
研究方向:
1. 结合营养学、流行病学及营养基因组学与代谢组学等多组学手段探索多种营 养素(包括omega-3脂肪酸、维生素D,维生素C,类胡萝卜素等)的遗传基础及这些营养素在2型糖尿病、肥胖等代谢性疾病发生发展中的作用及相关机理,并利用临床干预和孟德尔随机化分析方法探索营养素与代谢性疾病的因果关系;
2. 从营养-基因交互作用的角度研究膳食营养与基因的交互作用对代谢性疾病的影响,致力于开发基于个性化营养的疾病防治新策略;
3. 利用大型队列研究探索孕期及婴幼儿早期喂养方式和营养对儿童肥胖的影响,探索中国儿童肥胖的成因及制定干预策略;
4. 食品营养学研究,功能性食品的开发、营养评价及机理研究。
