Abstract_Chinese:\r近几年来,超分子有机胶凝剂因具有易合成、多刺激响应等优良特性,在油水分离、新型自修复材料等领域获得广泛关注.通过将凝胶剂2,4-(3,4-二氯苯亚甲基)-D-葡萄糖酰十八胺的侧链替换为带有顺式C=C 的油胺,制备了新型的凝胶剂B18.该凝胶剂对芳烃、烷烃及油品具有出色的室温相选择凝胶性能,此外,所形成的凝胶均具有自修复性和透明性.通过流变学破坏恢复实验研究了B18 凝胶的自修复性能.利用B18 的粉末室温凝胶性能,模拟了对芳烃及原油的回收实验,结果表明B18 对芳烃及原油均具有快速凝胶能力,凝胶后的油品可通过打捞实现油水分离.此外,通过红外光谱证明了分子间自组装驱动力;通过X 射线衍射实验及理论计算证明在侧链引入顺式C=C,降低了侧链间的局部结晶,增强了B18在烃类溶剂中的室温凝胶性能.
Abstract_English:\rIn recent years, supramolecular organogelators have attracted attention in oil-water separation and selfrepairing materials due to their excellent properties,such as easy synthesis and multi-stimuli-responsive properties. By replacing the side chain of the gelator 2,4-(3,4-dichlorobenzylidene)-D-glucosyloctadecylamine with oleylamine
which contains a cis C=C in the middle of the chain,a novel gelator B18 was prepared. Gelator B18 has a rapid room-temperature phase-selective gelation capability for aromatics,alkanes,and oils. Additionally,the B18 gel showed self-healing properties and transparency. The self-healing property of B18 gel was studied through a rheology test. The recovery experiments of leaked aromatics and spilled oils were simulated using the B18 powder at room temperature. The driving force of intermolecular self-assembly was proven by infrared spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction experiments and theoretical calculations showed that the introduction of cis C=C in the side chain reduces the local crystallization between the side chains and enhances the room-temperature gel properties of B18 in hydrocarbon solvents.
