Abstract_Chinese:利用红外分光光度仪测定了三氟化硼气体的红外光谱(IR)并计算硼同位素比.考察了测定所需的波长和定量方法.利用高纯氮气稀释三氟化硼气体确定了准确测定同位素比所需的稀释倍数.通过实验数据, 计算得出相应的校正因子.为了考察结果的可靠程度, 利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)和红外光谱同时对一系列由化学交换精馏法分离硼同位素设备中采出的样品同位素比进行了测试.连续10天测量的结果RSD为5.28% , 表明仪器具有较高的可靠性.实验结果表明:该方法具有较高的精度, 能够满足实时测定的需要.
Abstract_English:Infrared spectroscopy(IR)was used to determine isotope ratio of boron in boron trifluoride. Wavelength and quantitative approach for determining isotope ratio were developed. Boron trifluoride samples were diluted by high-purity nitrogen and the range of dilution multiple was confirmed by experiments. Correction factor was obtained by calculating experimental data. To investigate the reliability the results,the isotope ratios of a series of samples collected from separation part and complex part of chemical exchange rectification device were tested by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and infrared spectroscopy. Relative standard deviation(RSD)of determination result is 5.28% by testing for 10 consecutive days. Experimental results show that this method has high accuracy and is fit for real-time measurement.
