个人简介 曹炜,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,西北大学食品科学与工程学院副院长。兼任中国养蜂学会常务理事/副秘书长;中国蜂产品协会常务理事;陕西省营养学会副理事长;陕西省蜂业协会常务理事;陕西省蜂产品工程技术研究中心主任兼学术技术带头人;陕西省食品安全委员会专家委员及西北大学蜂产品应用技术研究中心主任。近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,主持完成省部级项目6项,主持厅局级项目10多项,企业委托项目20多项。在“Journalof Agricultural and Food Chemistry”, “Food & Function”, Molecular Nutrition& Food Research, “Food Chemistry”, “Food Control”, “Food and ChemicalToxicology”, “Food Research International”, “Postharvest Biology andTechnology”, “Journal of FoodScience”, “Food Analytical Methods”,“Analytical Methods”, “食品科学”, “食品与发酵工业”, “营养学报”, “农业工程学报”等杂志发表学术论文160多篇,其中SCI源期刊论文70多篇,封面论文2篇,高被引论文1篇。申请发明专利22件,授权发明专利10件。出版著作2部,参编教材2部。开发蜂产品类的“国食健字”保健食品6个,完成的“蜂产品深加工及产业化”成果2004年获西安市科学技术二等奖,2006年荣获陕西省青年科技奖。
