个人简介
黄琳娟,博士,教授,博士生导师。1993年本科毕业陕西师范大学化学系,1999年博士毕业于中科院上海有机化学研究所,2000-2004年在美国密歇根州立大学做博士后研究,2004年回国到西北大学生命科学学院工作,2018年至今在西北大学食品科学与工程学院任教。研究领域主要集中在碳水化合物化学与营养学方向领域,包括功能寡糖、糖缀合物的分离,结构解析及其功能活性研究;复杂碳水化合物分析鉴定新技术、新方法研究。近年来,在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food chemistry, Journal ofEthnopharmacology, Journal of Proteome Research, Analyst, Proteomics,Glycobiology, Analytical Biochemistry, Journal of Chromatography A,Carbohydrate Research 等国内外重要期刊发表研究论文70余篇。已培养博士毕业生6人,其中两人的博士毕业论文被评为陕西省优秀博士论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,国家“863”项目1项,省部级项目多项。
