个人简历:
管永光,博士,上海交通大学食品科学与工程系长聘教轨副教授。2012年获华南理工大学制糖工程专业博士学位,2013年3月至2018年2月在美国田纳西大学、马里兰大学、美国农业部Agricultural Research Service中心(USDA-ARS)连续从事纳米科学相关的研究工作。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI研究型论文24篇,获2014年广东省优秀博士学位论文奖。
