教学方面
主讲本科生全英文课程——《Principles of Food Preservation》,并获农业与生物学院青年教师教学竞赛二等奖。
科研方面
主要研究方向为新型食品加工及贮藏技术,侧重研究低水分食品的新型射频杀菌技术,坚果类的热风辅助射频烘烤技术,以及食品加工过程中食品安全干预与控制技术。主持包括国家自然基金青年项目、教育部留学科研启动基金等项目4项,共发表学术期刊论文20余篇,其中SCI收录学术论文16篇,申请国家发明专利3项,参与撰写英文学术专著2部及译著1部。
