摘要/Abstract
登革热病毒是由伊蚊传播的单链RNA病毒, 属于黄病毒科. 目前暂无靶向抗病毒药物及有效疫苗能够及时防控. 由于其临床检测的重要性, 近年来, 陆续出现了检测登革热病毒感染的新方法, 试图早期发现并控制这种感染. 本综述主要阐述登革热病毒诊断相关标志物检测的生物传感技术, 包括光学、电化学、酶联免疫吸附试验等生物传感方法, 对不同检测方法的灵敏度、准确性、检测范围、检测限和临床应用能力进行综合评价, 以利于进一步提高这些技术的检测性能, 促进该领域的发展, 并为登革热病毒感染的早期诊断提供参考.

Dengue virus is a single-stranded RNA virus transmitted by mosquitoes, belonging to the flaviviridae. Currently, there are no targeted antiviral drugs and effective virus vaccines of timely prevention. Due to the importance of clinical detection, new methods for detecting Dengue virus infection have emerged in recent years, trying to detect and control this infection early. This review mainly describes the biosensing technologies for the detection of Dengue virus related diagnostic markers, including optical, electrochemical, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and other biosensing methods, and comprehensively evaluates the sensitivity, accuracy, concentration range, detection limit and clinical application ability of different detection methods, so as to further improve the detection performance of these technologies, and to promote the development of this field. It will provide references for the early diagnosis of Dengue virus infection.
