grjj:2006年毕业于中国药科大学与南京大学联合培养的生化药学强化班,2011年博士毕业于中科院上海药物研究所,留所工作后历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。

围绕肿瘤表观遗传重塑与微环境异常开展药物研究。利用化学生物学手段对蛋白修饰酶进行靶点发现、药理机制分析、药物开发与药物敏感特征分析。重点关注表观遗传修饰酶之间协同与拮抗的关系,建立了十余个表观遗传修饰酶的药物开发与研究体系。

以第一作者或者通讯作者(含共同)身份发表研究性论文17篇,刊登于Cell、Clin Cancer Res、Cancer Lett、J Med Chem等期刊。申请专利5项,其中PCT 2项,授权1项。

入选2019年国家自然科学基金“优秀青年基金”,2014年中国科学院“青促会”会员,获上海市人才发展资金资助。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技重大专项(子任务)、中科院战略性先导科技专项(子课题)等研究性项目8项。
