grjj:陈笑艳：中科院上海药物研究所，药物代谢研究中心，课题组长，研究员，博士生导师。长期从事药物代谢和动力学研究，建立了“基于高分辨质谱的代谢产物快速鉴定”和“基于串联质谱的药物及代谢产物药动学评价”的技术体系，为药物代谢和动力学研究提供了重要的方法学支持。率先在我国开展了与药物不良反应相关的药物代谢机制研究，提出病人的机体状态（如氧化、炎症、肝功能不全）、竞争性代谢途径（II相结合去毒途径）、同服药物等会影响代谢活化水平，导致病人临床不良反应的差异。围绕我国创新药物，构建了体内外吸收、代谢研究模型，发现了一些新的代谢途径，阐明了代谢过程的化学和生物学机制。负责或参与完成临床前和临床ADME研究的创新药物中，已有6种批准上市，50多种批准临床试验，5种在美国获批临床试验，提高了我国创新药物的研发质量。发表SCI收录的期刊论文140篇，被引用1500多次；参编专著3部。近年来主持了四项国家自然科学基金项目、参加了国家重大新药创制科技专项、国家973计划及攀登计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等科研课题。
