grjj:陈笑艳:中科院上海药物研究所,药物代谢研究中心,课题组长,研究员,博士生导师。长期从事药物代谢和动力学研究,建立了“基于高分辨质谱的代谢产物快速鉴定”和“基于串联质谱的药物及代谢产物药动学评价”的技术体系,为药物代谢和动力学研究提供了重要的方法学支持。率先在我国开展了与药物不良反应相关的药物代谢机制研究,提出病人的机体状态(如氧化、炎症、肝功能不全)、竞争性代谢途径(II相结合去毒途径)、同服药物等会影响代谢活化水平,导致病人临床不良反应的差异。围绕我国创新药物,构建了体内外吸收、代谢研究模型,发现了一些新的代谢途径,阐明了代谢过程的化学和生物学机制。负责或参与完成临床前和临床ADME研究的创新药物中,已有6种批准上市,50多种批准临床试验,5种在美国获批临床试验,提高了我国创新药物的研发质量。发表SCI收录的期刊论文140篇,被引用1500多次;参编专著3部。近年来主持了四项国家自然科学基金项目、参加了国家重大新药创制科技专项、国家973计划及攀登计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等科研课题。
