grjj:梅雪锋,美国乔治敦大学(Georgetown University)化学博士。中国科学院上海药物研究所,药物质量控制与固体化学研究中心主任,研究员,课题组长。2006-2010年间就职于美国新泽西州著名制药企业诺华制药公司(美国),担任高级研究员,项目负责人;2010年回国工作,2011年起担任药物质量控制与固态化学研究中心主任;中国药物晶体协会执行委员。主要从事药物固态化学和药物分析化学方面的工作,研究内容涉及药物共结晶的设计与合成研究,药物固态化学表征、成盐和多晶型筛选等方面。

kycg:从事药物固态化学和分析化学方面的研究工作,研究的内容涉及固态化学表征、晶体工程和分析化学的研究。采用共结晶技术提高药物稳定性和生物利用度。引入质量源于设计(Quality by Design)的先进质量研究理念,采用风险评估机制,对于药物开发的全过程进行风险控制。尤其注重研究药物多晶型研究,为设计和优化给药系统提供重要基础。已经发表了高水平学术论文50余篇,被引用超过400余次,其中他人引用共360余次。主要研究论文包括J.Am.Chem.Soc. 3篇(均为第一作者),和影响因子4.0以上的学术论文20余篇。申请了晶型相关中国专利38项,国际专利6项,发表国际会议论文7篇。
