grjj:甘勇,上海药物研究所研究员,课题组长,博士生导师。在应用基础研究领域,围绕生物体内复杂的生理屏障,从物理药剂学角度出发,开展了新型功能型载体制剂的设计及其克服生理屏障机制的研究,取得了系列成果。先后在Science Advances、Nature Communications、PNAS、ACS Nano、Nano Letters、Advanced Functional Materials、Biomaterials、Journal of Controlled Release等国内外期刊上发表研究论文70余篇;参编专著4部。在高端制剂转化及产业化方面,理性化设计制备多个创新制剂,显示了良好的成药性,目前正在不同阶段的临床转化和推进;获得授权专利35项,新药临床批件15项,研发上市创新制剂4项。
