grjj:蒋华良长期致力药学基础研究和新药研发,他通过生物学、化学和计算科学等多学科的交叉,开展原创药物研究新策略与新方法、先导化合物发现和优化、药物靶标调控机制等研究。他发展了一系列靶标发现和药物设计新方法,被国际同行高度重视和应用,推动我国该领域研究水平进入国际前沿。他发展了能预测化合物药效的理论计算方法,解决了药物设计领域的重大难题。他针对多种重要靶标发现了数十个新结构类型的先导化合物,其中1个抗勃起功能障碍候选药物已进入临床试验,5个抗2型糖尿病等疾病的候选新药正处于临床前研究。迄今他在国际学刊上发表了通讯作者论文200余篇、综述10篇;合编专著16本,译著2本;被他引6000余次。申请专利115项,已授权35项,实现成果转让3项(合同金额达1.8亿)。获国家自然科学二等奖、何梁何利科技进步奖等多种奖项。目前担任J. Med. Chem.副主编和其他5种国际学刊的编委。蒋华良长期担任863计划、973计划和国家基金委重大研究计划专家组成员,具有较强的组织协调和团队管理能力。此外,蒋华良还是一位优秀的战略科学家,曾承担科技部、基金委和中科院多项战略研究任务,相关成果被纳入《国家中长期发展规划》、基金委重大研究计划和中科院创新2020计划,主编专著1本。
yjfx:主要研究方向为药物分子设计。近年主要开展离子通道、酪氨酸激酶、脂质代谢相关通路、新型抗菌(病毒)靶标及表观遗传学相关重要蛋白质的靶标发现、分子动力学模拟、计算机辅助药物设计,药物设计方法、ADME/T预测方法和生物信息学研究。
